How can I upload my magnet design?

You can easily upload your design via the product page. When you choose a magnet, you will see the option to upload your design. This can be an image in various file formats (e.g. .jpg, .png, .pdf). Make sure your image is high quality for the best result!

What are the dimensions of the magnets?

Our magnets are available in 1 size : 5cmx5cm. This size is ideal for personalizing small, stylish items that fit perfectly on your refrigerator or other metal surfaces.

How long does it take to receive my magnets?

Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but it usually takes between 3-7 business days for domestic shipping. International orders may take a little longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Can I return or exchange the magnets?

Because our magnets are personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to help you with a solution.

Can I place a bulk order for personalized magnets?

Yes, we do offer the possibility to place bulk orders for personalized magnets! This is ideal for companies, events or gifts in larger quantities. As the prices and conditions depend on the quantity and specifications of the order, we kindly ask you to contact us for a personal quote .

When can I pick up my order?

You will receive an email when your order is ready! The order can be picked up every Monday and Tuesday between 18:30 and 21:00!
